Preparing for the Procedure Day

  • Fasting: Most surgical patients should have no food after 10pm the night before. Water is fine until morning.
  • Medications: Continue prescribed meds unless we advise otherwise.
  • Arrival: Arrive at the specified admission time (typically 7am–9am).
  • Comfort items: Bring a small toy or T-shirt that smells like home.
  • Contact info: Make sure we can reach you the day of the procedure for updates.
  • Going home: Many minimally invasive cases go home the same day with full written care instructions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24–48 hours' notice. We don't charge a cancellation fee, but timely communication is greatly appreciated.
